WEDM

We supply products fabricated with wire erosion (WEDM). A thin brass wire is fed through the material. Wire erosion is particularly effective in many cases where other methods are not sufficient.

The thread is constantly fed from a spool and held in place by upper and lower guides. The guides move in the x-y axis. The thread erosion process uses water as its dielectric fluid.

Sanding

Smooth surfaces with the best finish.

With our Chevalier FSG 1628 AD face grinder, we do large and small jobs in face grinding with the best finish. Surface sanding is the most common of the grinding operations. With a rotating, abrasive wheel, we smooth out flat surfaces on metallic or non-metallic materials.

EDM

Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) is a process in which we use electric sparks to shape materials.

Advantages of using spark erosion include that we can machine advanced shapes that would otherwise be difficult to achieve with traditional tools. The technique is suitable for extremely hard materials and low tolerance limits. Since no direct contact occurs, easily damaging materials can be machined without unwanted stress.
